Quick follow up
On my return trip today, I saw a person in my rearview mirror (driving a jeep). In my view, the steering wheel covered his/her nose and upper lip. Think about where that put the eyes. It does make me worry.
I worry when I can't see a driver in a moving vehicle, too. There seem to be so many who can barely see over the dashboard. Jeepers. And then there are the ones who are chatting on the phone or, worse than that, texting while driving. Really, really scary.

I agree, you have to drive defensively. I always worry about drivers who fall asleep.
